Free Stock Images

Do you buy an image for every single blog post you publish?  What about for your advertisements?  Buying royalty free images can get expensive fast!

When I am purchasing graphics to use for a project I usually buy from DepositPhotos.com.  I love their selection and don’t feel their prices are too bad either!

For blog posts, depending on the purpose of the post, I will purchase an image to use to represent the image, but most of the time I find a free image.  I get most of my free images from Image Monthly or Pixabay.com.

Raelene Wilson from WPMUDev.org just created a great list of The Best Places to Find Free Stock Images For Your WordPress Site.  I’ll admit I haven’t even heard of some of these so I’m going to go them out but Pixabay did make the list!
